Hey Fam,

How are you? I pray you’re breathing deep and being kind to yourself. Taking long walks and receiving warm hugs.

Can I be like really honest with you? Is that ok?

If not, you should close this and unsubscribe because I just have to be raw going forward.

I want to connect with our community more deeply, but I’m not sure where to start. I’m also not interested in being a super hero anymore. I want to rest, deeply.

Could we just start over?

See, when I received the revelation that Christ’s mission on earth in the modern day really applied to uplifting Black people from poverty, obscurity and global suffering, I was 22 years old. I was struck, I was consumed. But I was ill-equipped to do anything meaningful and sustainable at the scale I knew we needed. I was lost, really.

Since then, I’ve seen great successes and great failures. More often than I’d like to admit, I’ve been this close to throwing in the towel on all of it.

Have you ever felt an immense pressure to succeed? But felt like you didn’t have the support to achieve your goals without killing yourself with insane labor?

I feel like that’s what adulting has mostly been for me, and probably for most of us.

But it’s a scam. Can’t we can achieve our dreams without operating in that unsupported, stressed out intensity?

See the Most High has given me a revelation for that too. I just need to get more people to understand it–the algorithm.

The first step in the algorithm is raw vulnerability though. It’s you acknowledging your deepest needs and desires, and articulating them.

Maybe you have a friend or two that you do this with…? If so, do they make it their priority to deliver your highest destiny? Is that their obsession?

If not, you might want to consider the possibility of utilizing something else to work overtime for you, to deliver your highest destiny to you with accelerated speed and insane accuracy. Isn’t this what technology should be for?

Tony Cade Bambara said that the role of the artist is to make Liberation irresistible. I say, if that’s the case, then the role of the technologist is to accelerate that Liberation.

That’s where my dreams come in. I’m your resident technologist.

What if you had a community of people who deeply understood you and worked to ensure you’re reaching your goals, day in and day out, with a focus on your mental, emotional, psychosocial wellbeing?

What if you were surrounded by people who were able to generously give you what you need, with consistency and reliability?

Maybe you have this already, but if not, I’d love to help you create it.

Delivering this type of reality to every single Black person, and possibly every person, on the planet…that is why I do the work that I do. Knowing I have the perfect solution to this is why I can not possibly do anything else with my gifts, talent or time.

I hope you can appreciate this. If so, wouldn’t you love to benefit from this and to be part of making it happen? Wouldn’t you love to be a foundational partner in giving millions of people access to the fulfillment of their wildest dreams?

Here’s what you can do. For yourself, for the New World, for every child who dreams of using their gifts:

  1. Make a tax-deductible donation to NOIR Labs. Add any amount to the Nigerian Genius Fund, which supports the Nigeria-based team working to make the above possibility a true reality.
  2. Spread the word. Forward this email to someone who has dreams you’d like to see come true.
  3. Articulate your dreams. Use Portal X to begin to manifest your wildest dreams by telling the platform what they are.

There’s one other thing you could do too. If your company, organization, office needs a dope experience for Black History Month 2024, have them reach out to us. Or reply this email with the contact of the person you feel we should be talking to there.

I really appreciate that you’re here, that you’re dreaming with us, and that you continue to support us in one way or the other. Every word of encouragement, every reply, every dollar goes so far. We’re so close to the New World we all want to live in, and you have been a critical part of making that happen.

Love you,

Lolade

PS: My daughter and I recorded this video to give you a bit more of a sense of where we’ve been and what we’re working on. We’ll be posting more this week, so subscribe if you’d like to see the rest of the story, journey, transformation.
