Good Day, Powerful One. I have a message for you on using your power:

Stop listening to anyone who doubts what you know in your Spirit. Only you can validate your value, no one else can.

God keeps showing you how powerful you are, but you keep doubting yourself. You keep questioning whether you can really be this powerful. It scares you, because it means you have to take responsibility for your failures as well. It’s ok to fail. Failing is part of winning. Matter is always reorganizing according to your beliefs so even when you fail, remember that you can recreate a new ending. Use your thoughts to give yourself what you need and desire. Unplug from the world. Let the noise fall by the wayside. Look within, and you will find everything you need–answers to lingering questions, affection, encouragement, your dreams, your power.

Every time you take a deep breath, you are filling your body and being with regenerative light. So when you first wake up, go within. No guidance, no conversation, no phone-checking, just you and your inner light and power. Don’t set a timer, instead, set your stop watch. Allow your spirit to direct your thoughts. When I did this today, the following mantra came up, and I repeated it while meditating for 31 minutes: I am rested, I am energized, my cells are infused with power.

I encourage you to try this one, especially if you’ve been fighting with your body. If you’re not sleeping consistently, eating sufficiently, listening to your body’s needs, then you are in a conflict with your body. But you need it to take you to your highest good on Earth. So be gentle with your body. Nourish it fully. It will naturally give you everything you’ve ever wanted from it. This is a law of nature.

Lastly, when God speaks to you, write it down, like I just did.

If you try this, let me know in the comments. I recommend using this mantra for seven consecutive days. See what happens after. Come back here and tell me.
